These Terms of Service govern use of the LeadingLight Consult website, Academy, student portal, registration services and related digital services. By creating an account or using a service, you agree to follow these Terms.

1. Accounts and registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials confidential and for notifying LeadingLight Consult if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

2. Programme registration

Submitting a registration records your request for the selected programme. Admission, enrolment status, fees, payment verification and access to protected learning resources are subject to the applicable programme requirements published by LeadingLight Consult.

3. Learning materials

Course manuals, lessons, assessments, videos, documents and other learning resources supplied through the platform are provided for the registered learner's educational use. You must not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit protected materials without written permission.

4. Assessments and certificates

Assessments must be completed honestly and in accordance with the instructions for the relevant programme. Certificate issuance is subject to the published completion, assessment and payment requirements for the programme.

5. Payments and refunds

Applicable programme fees, payment milestones and any refund or cancellation terms will be communicated for the relevant service. Payment confirmation may be required before protected learning resources or assessments are unlocked.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious files, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Platform availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but online services may occasionally be affected by maintenance, infrastructure providers, network failures or other events outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms when the platform, services or legal requirements change. The version presented at registration will remain associated with your account acceptance record.
